Clubhouse Rules and Regulations - Updated - May 2023
Rules when entering Clubhouse from Fitness Center
Must Exit from the Fitness Room Door or Push Handle Door next to Slider in the main room that is marked Exit
- Must not Exit from front glass door, Sliders or Card Room Door Unless there is an Emergency
- Must be 18 Years of Age unless accompanied by an Adult
- Must be in dry clothing - No wet bathing suits
- Must turn off any lights or fans that you turn on
- No Food or Drink other than bottled water
- Do not open any window blinds or windows
- No Smoking
- Do not turn on TV
- Must be out of clubhouse and Pool Area by 10 P.M. (Doors are Locked down at 10 P.M.)
- If activity is going on e.g., Bridge or Mahjong only enter to use the library
Note: If rules are not adhered to, a suspension of 90 days can be applied by the Board of Directors. Of course, the Board will contact the Member to discuss before any action is taken.
