ATTENTION LAKE TEMPLE HOMEOWNERS WITH "HOUSES FOR SALE" !!!

Holding an "Open House"? Please advise your real estate agent that they can not post our entry code at the gate. For entry, post your home code to ring in to your home telephone so your agent can buzz in any open house guests. If you no longer have a working phone at your home, the HOA can arrange to use your agent's cell phone posted at the gate for that open house time and date. Your agent must call the Board President 5 days prior to your open house to make arrangements for that cell number to be registered...and for instructions. Under no circumstances can we expose our gate codes to the public.
