THIS AMENDMENT to thc BY-LAWS is made this 3rd day of August, 2015 by the CITRUS SPRINGS VILLAGE "D" HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, (hereinafter referred to as "Association");
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, the Declaration of Covenant and Restriction of Citrus Spring, Village "D", (the "Declaration") was: recorded on June 22, 2004, in Official Record Book 1742, Page 1062, and amended on October 13, 2005, in Official Records Book 1948, page 908, all of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Article XIV of the By-Laws, Association wishes to amend the By-Laws.
NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to a vote of a majority of a quorum present in person or by proxy at the annual meeting held July 9, 2015, the Association hereby amends the By-Laws as follows:
Article IV - Section 4.3 Annual Meetings.
The first annual meeting of the members shall be held within one ( 1) year from the date turnover is completed to the Association, as provided for in the Articles and each s Subsequent regular annual meeting of the Members shall be held on the same day of the same month of each year thereafter, at the hour of 7:00 p.m. unless a different time is in the month of March on a date and time that is established by the Board of Directors. If the day for the annual meeting of the members is a legal holiday, the meeting will be held at the same hour on the first day following, which is not a legal holiday.
