VGHOA Resolution Of The Board Of Directors Of Lake Mandarin "Village G" Homeowners Association, Inc. 18OCT2017

THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION is made this the 18th day of October 2017 by the Lake Mandarin Homeowners Association Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation.

Whereas Lake Mandarin Homeowners Association, Inc. is a homeowners association located in Indian River County, FI. subject to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions, which is recorded in the Official Records of Indian River County, Book 2052, Page 727.

Upon Motion and a second thereof and after being brought up for discussion and a vote of the Board, the following resolution was approved and adopted by the Board at the above meeting, where a quorum was established.

1. A capital contribution of $500.00 will be payable on ALL home sales including resales to the Lake Mandarin Homeowners Association, Inc.

2. There will be a late fee of $25.00 imposed on quarterly HOA Dues if paid after the 15th of the month in which the quarter they are due.

3. A fee of $35.00 will be charged for any lost or damaged gate access clickers. ln addition the fee will apply for any additional clickers requested over the standard (2) two which are issued per household. Battery replacement will be the homeowner's responsibility.

4. Mailbox - If replacement is needed, it is the homeowner's responsibility, and the mailbox and post must be replaced with the same style and color as the original mailbox.
