The Citrus Springs Master Homeowners Association (Master Association) oversees the seven Villages within this subdivision. There are 548 total home sites. The clubhouse and amenities are located between 43rd Avenue and 58th Avenue, Oslo Road, and 5th Street SW, on Citrus Springs Boulevard in the South County of Vero Beach, Florida. Seven Directors govern the Master Association. These Directors are charged with operating the Master clubhouse, the heated pool (77,000 gallons), tennis courts, and a designated area for Residents to park their boats, trailers, and RVs.

Homeowners in each of the seven villages pay an annual assessment to Citrus Springs Master Homeowners Association in addition to their Village assessments. The 2025 annual assessment for the Master Association is $298 per household. This covers the maintenance, repair, and operation of the Master clubhouse, fitness center, library, heated pool, tennis courts, RV Park, and common grounds located around the clubhouse. The clubhouse, tennis courts, and heated pool are an easy walk from any of the seven Villages
