TCitrus Springs Village “F,” (Citrus Manor) is located south of 5th Street SW off of Citrus Springs Boulevard. Citrus Manor contains a total of 108 properties divided into the North Village and the South Village.
HOA dues are $520/quarter for 2024 and include the maintenance of all common areas, water features, and gates plus full landscaping services for homes.
Landscaping services include mowing/edging of lawns, trimming of palm trees and shrubs plus pest control and fertilizer. Homeowners are responsible for home maintenance, trimming palms and shrubs in backyards plus maintenance of irrigation systems.
Keystone Property Management Group manages Citrus Manor. Claudia Marin is the property manager. The property is governed by a five-person Board of Directors, who are elected annually. The contact information for the Board of Directors is Keystone Property Management Group.
