Citrus Springs Village “D,” (Lake Valencia) is located south of 5th Street SW off of Citrus Springs Boulevard.

Lake Valencia contains a total of 93 properties.
The current quarterly assessment for Village D is $425.00. The assessment covers: Property Management and Administration, Lawn cutting, weeding, fertilizing, pest control and trimming of trees and shrubs for the individual home sites as well as the village common property as scheduled in the Village D Covenants. In addition, assessments cover street lighting, front gate operation & maintenance, irrigation pump maintenance and operation for the common areas and Stormwater management system.
