Citrus Springs Village “E,” (Lake Tangelo) is located south of 5th Street SW off of Citrus Springs Boulevard. Most homes offer waterfront views, either from the pond surrounding three sides of the community or from the center pond.

HOA Fees – The HOA fees for Lake Tangelo are $110 per quarter. These HOA fees pay for maintenance of all common grounds maintenance of ponds maintenance of entry gates
