Lake Mandarin

Welcome to the exquisite community of Lake Mandarin also referred to as Village G of Citrus Springs. We are a gated community of seventy-one homes. The lot sizes consist of 1/4-acre home sites; of which 48 homes back up to two beautiful lakes. Most homes average between 1800 and 2500 sq. ft. under air and some homes have three-car garages and pools. Majority of the homes were built starting in 2015 with completion early 2018.
Lake Mandarin residents consist of a mix of retirees, young families, and snowbirds.

The current HOA dues are $190.00 per quarter which includes maintenance of the entrance gates and lakes. Common area landscaping, insect control, fertilizing and mowing; as well as maintenance of the irrigation system.
Homeowners are responsible for their individual lawns and maintenance of their homes.

Lake Mandarin is a self-managed community run by a Board of Directors, which are elected by residents.
